The property pertained to 10 units over five levels with one exit staircase and an internal lift, comprised Class 7a carpark basement (3 levels of car stacker pit), lower ground level, ground level and four upper levels of Class 2 Residential units. The building certifier identified non-compliances which deviated from the NCC DtS provisions. FCC assessed all the non-compliances and proposed relevant Performance Solutions. The formulated Performance Solutions aimed to satisfy the applicable NCC Performance Requirements by using assessment methodologies in accordance with NCC Clause A0.5 and analysis techniques specified in the International Fire Engineering Guidelines (IFEG).
