Fire Check Consultants were engaged to prepare a Fire Engineering Report (FER) to support the proposed Performance Solutions that are to be incorporated into the proposed residential development. The building works involve the construction of two 9 storey residential apartment buildings and one 4 storey townhouse style apartment building. The proposed one storey basement carpark underneath the residential towers connected the above building structures and therefore were deemed as United Building. FCC provided performance solutions to the non-compliant issues, which were accepted by all stakeholders including QFES.
