Spyre Group’s premiere boutique apartments is a 5-storey luxury apartment complex in the heart of New Farm. FCC worked with the project architect Cottee Parker to ensure all levels of fire safety were met while still encompassing the high level of finishes and luxury that comes with a Spyre Group Development. FCC presented a robust proposal for solutions to non-compliances complying with the Performance Requirements of the NCC Volume One.
