Fire Check Consultants provided “Evidence of Suitability” report for the composite panel conforming to fire safety requirements based on the National Construction Code (NCC) 2016 Volume One. The composite panels were installed for wall and ceiling at Control Building (33 kV Switch Room), Collinsville Solar Farm in Central Queensland.
The project is consisted of approximately 180,000 individual solar photovoltaic (PV) panels and have a generation capacity of 42.5 megawatts. It produces enough electricity each year to power up to 15,000 homes. Electric Control Building incorporates various modules including DC switchgear, low voltage AC switchgear, high voltage switchgear, battery bank, inverter and electric panels to meet the project needs.
