The proposed development was on a Greenfield site surrounded by Costin, King and Market Streets and Carriage Way. Due to the common car park level below the podium, in relation to the two buildings over, the development was considered as one building of an effective height of more than 50 metres. FCC was involved throughout the design, approval and construction process. FCC presented a robust proposal for solutions to non-compliances in order to comply with the Performance Requirements of the NCC Volume One.
