A new residential development was proposed to be constructed at 60 Marine Parade Coolangatta QLD comprising two basements, ground floor, mezzanine floor and 25 upper levels. The topmost residential floor level (25th) height is 76.24 metres. The Fire Engineering Report was prepared in accordance with the International Fire Engineering Guidelines. FCC resolved all the non-compliances, such as issues pertaining to rationalising FRLs, travel distance, stair discharge, booster connection, sprinklers to balconies, and others. Qualitative and quantitative design assessment approaches were applied to assess and analyse each identified issue.
