River Link Shopping Centre development was an existing Class 6 retail outlet constructed over an existing Class 7a car parking level on ground. Fire Check Consultants were involved throughout the design, approval and construction process of a new leisure precinct and cinemas, to help deliver fire safety compliances and certification for the development and resolve all non-compliances identified by the regulatory consultant. This included preparing the fire engineering brief, fire engineering report and fire safety certification.
