Since 2008, Fire Check Consultants have been involved with the design, approval and construction process of this project, helping to deliver fire safety compliance and certification. This included preparing the fire engineering brief, fire engineering report, fire safety management plan and design of fire protection system. Recently, FCC has been involved with the fire safety strategy for the compliance issues relating to the proposed retail redevelopment works. These works included refurbishing the existing ground level western mall, repurposing the existing ground level food court into a new mini-major tenancy, and converting the existing Target into a new Coles.
