Fire Check Consultants were appointed to undertake a fire engineering assessment of the proposed building development. The proposed structure had two basement levels and included various podium and upper residential levels. In order to comply with the Performance Requirements of the National Construction Code Volume One, FCC provided a robust proposal for Performance Solutions to the relevant non-compliances.
