Fire Check Consultants had privileged to work with one of the most impressive houses built along Brighton Road. FCC undertook the fire engineering assessments of the proposed internal redevelopment of the building and addition of one rear block at 52 Brighton Road, Highgate Hill, QLD 4101. Heritage listed front building is consisting of 2 residential storeys and was proposed to be alterations and additions converting into 4 storeys. Rear building is consisting of 3 residential storeys, and one Class 7a (carpark) basement. FCC provided the Fire Engineering Report to address the non-compliances with the DtS provisions of the NCC as identified by the Regulatory Authorities. Based on the Fire Engineering Analysis presented in the report, FCC proposed Performance Solutions to satisfy NCC Performance Requirements CP1, CP2, CP 8, DP4 and DP6.
