This property comprises a basement, ground and seven upper levels. FCC provided Performance Solutions for the NCC DtS design departures identified by the Building Certifier, such as number of exits in the basement, travel distance in the basement and on the other levels, reduced exit width, unprotected openings and booster assembly within 10 meters of the building. To resolve the design non-compliances, FCC formulated Performance Solutions to ensure equivalence with the NCC DtS provisions. All Performance Solutions were agreed upon by all relevant stakeholders, including QFES, for implementation into the building. FCC officials also conducted a final inspection of the building and issued the completion letter.
